- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
