Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions or chives
  • Cooking spray or melted butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  • Place 3–4 frozen tater tots into each cup.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and press down with a spoon or shot glass to form cups.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10–15 more minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Add shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon to each tot cup.
