Ingredients

2 bananas

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 apple

1 cup orange segments

1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly. Peel bananas and oranges. Core the apple and slice it into bite-sized chunks. Hull and slice the strawberries if needed.

2. Slice bananas into rounds, strawberries into halves or quarters, and segment the orange. Add all fruits to a large serving bowl.

3. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit to enhance flavor and preserve color. Optionally, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

4. Gently toss everything together using a large spoon or spatula. Be careful not to mash the softer berries.

5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Always add bananas last if making ahead to prevent browning.

If pomegranates aren’t available, red grapes or cherries work beautifully as a substitute.

Chill the salad before serving for enhanced flavor and presentation.
