  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, then add shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 6-8 minutes) until tender.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, letting them melt into the broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
