Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade)
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- In a 9×13 or deep baking dish, spread the creamy mixture as the base layer.
- Add the cooked beef on top, then sprinkle over the diced tomatoes with green chiles.
