Ingredients

  • 1 (25-ounce) bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ricotta, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ravioli.
  6. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
  7. Spoon half of the remaining marinara sauce over the cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers: ravioli, remaining cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and remaining marinara.
  9. Top with a final sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  12. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
