Ingredients
- 1 (25-ounce) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ricotta, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- Spoon half of the remaining marinara sauce over the cheese.
- Repeat the layers: ravioli, remaining cheese mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and remaining marinara.
- Top with a final sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
