Description

Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is a decadent, cheesy pasta bake layered with pillowy ravioli, a creamy cheese blend, hearty marinara (with or without meat), and a bubbling top of mozzarella and Parmesan. It’s the perfect comfort dish for weeknights, potlucks, or make-ahead meals that deliver big flavor with minimal effort.


Ingredients

Main Layers:

  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)

Cheese Mixture:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley or basil
  • Extra Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. (Optional) Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet. Drain and stir in half of the marinara sauce.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  6. Spread half the cheese mixture over the ravioli.
  7. Add half the meat sauce (or plain marinara if vegetarian).
  8. Repeat layers: ravioli, remaining cheese mixture, remaining sauce.
  9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  12. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired.
