Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in light syrup, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
  • Optional garnishes: Fresh peach slices, crushed graham crackers, cinnamon or nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Drain peaches thoroughly and slice if needed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
  4. Blend in the vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep it airy.
  6. Gently mix in the peach slices.
  7. Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
  8. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and drizzle with caramel if desired.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
