Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in light syrup, drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
- Optional garnishes: Fresh peach slices, crushed graham crackers, cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions
- Drain peaches thoroughly and slice if needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
- Blend in the vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently to keep it airy.
- Gently mix in the peach slices.
- Transfer mixture to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and drizzle with caramel if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
