Ingredients
36 Mint Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese softened
12 oz mint-flavored white chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers
1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil optional
2 tbsp crushed Oreo crumbs or chocolate drizzle optional garnish
Instructions
1. Place the Mint Oreos in a food processor or blender and pulse until finely crushed.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.
3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Chill the truffle balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate. Stir until smooth. Add oil for a smoother consistency if needed.
6. Using forks or a dipping tool, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.
7. Place dipped truffles back on parchment paper and immediately garnish with crushed Oreos or drizzle.
8. Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate until the coating hardens.
9. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
