Description

Looking for a quick sweet-and-salty snack that hits all the right notes? These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are the ultimate no-fuss treat. Made with pantry staples like pretzels, peanut butter, and chocolate, they’re the perfect balance of crunchy, creamy, sweet, and salty. This is one of those quick breakfast ideas or easy dessert recipes that comes together in minutes and keeps everyone coming back for more. Whether you’re hosting a party, need easy snack ideas, or want food ideas for gifts, these clusters are a go-to solution with minimal cleanup and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups mini pretzel twists (crushed slightly)

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzle)

1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.

2. Crush pretzels into bite-sized pieces using a bag and rolling pin or by hand.

3. In a saucepan over low heat, melt peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth.

4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

5. Add the crushed pretzels to the warm peanut butter mixture and stir until well coated.

6. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray, forming clusters.

7. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.

8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the clusters using a fork or piping bag.

9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the clusters are firm.

10. Sprinkle coarse sea salt over the top once chocolate has set (optional).

Notes

For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.

Add-ins like mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, or crushed candy cane make great variations.

Don’t skip chilling time—this helps the clusters hold their shape perfectly.
