  • Author: Emily Carter
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4–6 servings

Description

This One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a rich, satisfying dish that comes together in under 30 minutes. It combines ground beef, garlic butter, tender pasta, and a creamy Parmesan sauce — all cooked in a single pot for maximum flavor and minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 1/2 cups uncooked penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Push beef to one side of the pot and add butter to the empty side. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and stir in uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. When pasta is nearly tender and most of the liquid has absorbed, stir in heavy cream. Simmer uncovered for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Turn off heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
