Description

No-bake and irresistibly decadent, these Oreo Truffles are made with just three ingredients and dipped in chocolate for the ultimate bite-sized treat. Creamy, rich, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz chocolate for coating (milk, dark, or white)

Optional toppings: extra crushed Oreos or melted white chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.

2. Mix in softened cream cheese until fully combined into a dough-like consistency.

3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Chill the balls for 30 minutes in the fridge or 15 minutes in the freezer.

5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth.

6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.

7. Add toppings like crushed Oreos or drizzle while chocolate is still wet.

8. Chill again until the chocolate coating is fully set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

Best served chilled. Use regular Oreos for best consistency; avoid double-stuffed.

Customize with different Oreo flavors or toppings.
