  • 1 (14 oz) package yakisoba noodles (loosened and drained)
  • 2 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yakisoba noodles by microwaving or rinsing with hot water, then loosen and drain.
  2. Slice the cabbage, celery, and onion thinly. Mince the garlic.
  3. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add onion, cabbage, and celery. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Toss in the noodles and gently fold them into the vegetables.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Stir everything together for 2–3 minutes.
