Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw pecan halves, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or corn syrup)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or cinnamon
- Optional: 1/2 cup melted chocolate for coating
Instructions
- Toast pecans in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway. Cool completely.
- In a food processor, combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt. Pulse to mix.
