Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank, thinly sliced)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 small onion (thinly sliced)
 - 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
 - 3 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
 - 1 (20 oz) package of cheese tortellini
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - Fresh parsley (for garnish)
 - Red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak and Vegetables
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add the thinly sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the steak and set aside.
 
 - Cook the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
