Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your pinto beans by cooking them or draining and rinsing canned beans. Mash the beans until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed pinto beans, sugar, melted butter, and evaporated milk until fully combined.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
