Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough discard (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ to 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
- Optional: black pepper, red pepper flakes, or extra herbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until smooth.
