Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough discard (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ to 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
