Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) blanco tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) triple sec or Cointreau
- 3/4 oz (22 ml) simple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming the glass
- Lime wedges or slices for garnish
Instructions
- Rim a margarita or coupe glass with lime juice and dip into salt or sugar. Set aside to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries until juicy.
- Add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into the prepared glass to remove seeds and pulp.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge or slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
