Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into sticks or chunks
- 2 Persian or 1 English cucumber, sliced into sticks or thick rounds
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Instructions:
- Peel and core the pineapple, then slice it into sticks or bite-sized chunks.
- Wash and cut the cucumber into evenly sized sticks or rounds.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well.
- Place the pineapple and cucumber in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the lime-chili mixture over the fruit and vegetables.
- Gently toss everything together to coat evenly.
