Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (optional)

- Prepare the dough: In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. Add melted butter and mix until the dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes, then let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Cook the filling: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onions, carrots, and cabbage, cooking until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce (optional). Let the filling cool slightly.
