1 lb green beans

1.5 lb potatoes

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Wash and trim the green beans, then cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces.

3. Optional: Parboil the potatoes for 5–7 minutes, then drain and dry.

4. Place vegetables on a sheet pan.
