Great for anyone who loves seafood, Italian-inspired food ideas, or rich, cheesy baked meals—this is a dish you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

0.5 lb cooked shrimp, chopped

0.5 lb lump crab meat

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

0.5 tsp salt

0.25 tsp black pepper

Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat on parchment to prevent sticking.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest until smooth. Gently fold in shrimp and crab.

3. Spread Alfredo sauce over the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

4. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of seafood filling onto each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.

5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and more Parmesan.

6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra parsley.

Notes

1. For best texture and flavor, use fresh or high-quality frozen seafood (not imitation).

2. Make the filling a day in advance for faster prep when you’re ready to cook.

3. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes in the filling adds a mild, satisfying heat.
