Juicy chicken slow-cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes creates a flavorful, satisfying dish. Whether you’re looking for easy dinner ideas, healthy comfort food, or simple slow cooker recipes, this one delivers every time with minimal effort and maximum taste.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

4 cloves garlic minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion finely chopped

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken by trimming excess fat and patting it dry. Chop garlic, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and add onion, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes on top.

4. Mix heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

5. Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly.

6. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

7. Add spinach during the last 15–20 minutes and stir gently.

8. Optionally thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.

9. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Sear the chicken before cooking for deeper flavor.

Add spinach at the end to avoid overcooking.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture and taste.
