Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- (Optional) Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Place the baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the beef bites to the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
