Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
 - Optional: 1/4 cup heavy cream or grated Parmesan
 - Optional add-ins: sun-dried tomatoes, bell peppers, red pepper flakes
 - Garnish: fresh parsley or chopped green onions

Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until just al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips in a single layer.
 - Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan.
 - In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Deglaze with chicken broth, scraping the bottom to release flavor.
 - Return chicken to pan. Add linguine and toss everything together.
 - If needed, add reserved pasta water for a silkier sauce.
 - Optional: Stir in heavy cream or Parmesan for a creamy finish. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
 - Taste, adjust seasoning, and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve hot.
