2 cups mozzarella cheese
25 slices pepperoni
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix warm water and sugar, then sprinkle in yeast and let bloom for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt; knead dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
