Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup strawberry glaze


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

2. Press the crust mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy.

4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.

5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust evenly and smooth the top.
