- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

Instructions
