2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Trim and cube the steak, then pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Optionally toss with cornstarch.
2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, and ginger to make the sauce.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
4. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat.
5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and glazes the steak.
