  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon – Pat the fillets dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Make the Glaze – In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Heat the Skillet – Place a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil or butter.
  4. Sear the Salmon – Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
