- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon – Pat the fillets dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Make the Glaze – In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat the Skillet – Place a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil or butter.
