  • ½ lime, juiced

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Vegan Nacho Cheese:

  • ½ cup raw cashews (soaked)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
