Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
12 soft dinner rolls or biscuit dough pieces
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
3. Flatten each dinner roll or biscuit dough piece into a small circle. Place a spoonful of beef and cheese in the center, then pinch edges to seal.
4. Arrange seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
5. Sprinkle parmesan and parsley on top.
6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
Notes
Let dough come to room temperature for easier stretching.
Cool the filling slightly before wrapping to avoid soggy dough.
Brush with extra garlic butter after baking for more flavor.
