9 lasagna noodles or no-boil pasta sheets

2 cups pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/4 cup sliced black olives
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then drain the excess fat.
2. If using regular lasagna noodles, boil them until al dente. If using no-boil noodles, skip this step.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a springform or deep cake pan with olive oil.
