  • Author: Emily Carter

Description

Few drinks are as refreshing and crowd-pleasing as the Virgin Mojito. With its invigorating mix of lime, mint, and fizz, it’s the perfect alcohol-free mocktail for summer days, brunches, or casual entertaining. Easy to make, elegant to serve, and endlessly customizable, this drink captures the essence of cool in a glass.

Ingredients

810 fresh mint leaves

1/2 lime, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup club soda

1/2 cup crushed ice

1 lime wheel (optional, for garnish)

1 mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Add lime wedges and sugar to a highball glass. Toss in the mint leaves.

2. Use a muddler to gently press and twist, releasing juices and oils.

3. Fill the glass three-quarters full with crushed ice.

4. Pour in club soda (or lemon-lime soda, if desired).

5. Stir gently to blend.

6. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.

7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Fresh lime juice and mint make all the difference — avoid bottled or dried versions.

Adjust sugar or add flavored soda for sweetness.

For a fruity twist, add berries or pineapple during muddling.

Make the mint-lime base ahead of time but wait to add soda and ice.
