Ingredients

For the Whipped Feta Base:

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional)

Toppings:

  • 3 tbsp honey, warmed
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
  • Pinch of chili flakes or za’atar (optional)

To Serve:

  • Crusty bread, pita, or crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (if using) in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Toast pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Warm honey slightly for easier drizzling.
  5. Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl.
  6. Drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with pistachios, cranberries, and optional seasonings.
  7. Serve immediately with your choice of bread or crackers.
