Ingredients
For the Whipped Feta Base:
- 8 oz block feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove (optional)
Toppings:
- 3 tbsp honey, warmed
- 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
- Pinch of chili flakes or za’atar (optional)
To Serve:
- Crusty bread, pita, or crackers
Instructions
- Combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (if using) in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Toast pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Warm honey slightly for easier drizzling.
- Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl.
- Drizzle with honey, then sprinkle with pistachios, cranberries, and optional seasonings.
- Serve immediately with your choice of bread or crackers.
