8 small flour tortillas

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/3 cup crushed peppermint candies
1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
2. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.
3. Shape tortillas over an oven rack or taco mold.
4. Coat tortillas with graham mixture evenly.
