Description

This Christmas Punch is a vibrant, refreshing, and festive drink that instantly elevates any holiday gathering. Made with cranberry juice, citrus slices, warm spices, and a sparkling finish, it’s perfect as a quick holiday drink, easy party punch, or crowd-pleasing festive beverage.


Ingredients

4 cups cranberry juice

2 cups orange juice

2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale

1 cup fresh cranberries

1 orange sliced

1 lemon sliced

2 cinnamon sticks

3 star anise pods

2 rosemary sprigs

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup rum or vodka or sparkling wine optional


Instructions

1. Pour the cranberry juice and orange juice into a large punch bowl and stir gently to combine.

2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, and fresh cranberries into the mixture.

3. Drop in the cinnamon sticks and star anise, then lightly bruise the rosemary and add it in.

4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.

5. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or ginger ale and stir gently.

6. Add ice cubes to chill the punch without diluting it too early.

7. If desired, stir in your choice of alcohol for an adult version.

8. Serve in glasses, ensuring fruit and garnishes are included.

Notes

Use unsweetened juices to better control sweetness.

Add sparkling ingredients just before serving to keep the fizz.

Use frozen fruit instead of ice to avoid dilution.
