Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a 10-12 inch circle and transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Brush the entire surface with melted butter, including the edges.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden and sugar is bubbly.
