2 large chicken breasts, diced or shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups fresh spinach or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until lightly golden and cooked through. Set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add spinach and cook until wilted.

4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and heavy cream until smooth.
