8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 cups miniature marshmallows
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin mix in boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add the cold water and let the mixture cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
3. Slowly pour the cooled gelatin mixture into the cream cheese while mixing on low speed until smooth and fully combined.
4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the strawberry mixture using a silicone spatula until light and fluffy.
5. Add the sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, banana slices, miniature marshmallows, and optional nuts or coconut.
6. Fold everything together gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the creamy strawberry mixture.
7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the texture to thicken.

9. Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, fruity, fluffy dessert salad.
Notes
