1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into a springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes and cool.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
3. In another bowl, whisk brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Fold in pecans.
4. Gently spread pecan mixture over cheesecake layer.
5. Bake for 50–60 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.
6. Cool in oven with door slightly open for 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Slice and serve, optionally with whipped cream.
