2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, very cold and cubed
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
6 to 8 tablespoons ice water
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
Instructions
