Description

Indulge in these creamy and festive Eggnog Tiramisu Cups, a perfect no-bake dessert that blends classic Italian flavors with a holiday twist. This easy recipe features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and rich eggnog mascarpone cream, making it an ideal choice for quick dessert ideas, holiday gatherings, or elegant dinner parties.

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

8 oz mascarpone cheese

3/4 cup eggnog

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup brewed coffee or espresso

1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

24 ladyfinger biscuits

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg or cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool completely, then mix in liqueur if using.

2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.

3. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.

4. Add eggnog gradually to the mascarpone mixture and blend until creamy.

5. Gently fold whipped cream into the eggnog mascarpone mixture.

6. Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture without soaking them too much.

7. Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of serving cups.

8. Add a layer of cream mixture over the ladyfingers.

9. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with cream on top.

10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

11. Dust with cocoa powder and garnish before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature mascarpone for a smooth texture.

Do not over-soak ladyfingers to avoid soggy layers.

Chill overnight for best flavor and structure.
