Ingredients

8 large eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 cup chopped spinach

1/2 cup green peas

1/2 cup chopped zucchini

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions
