2 cups cooked or canned salmon, flaked
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Place the flaked salmon in a large bowl and break it into small pieces
2. Add egg, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard and mix well
3. Stir in onion, parsley, lemon juice, and seasonings
4. Add breadcrumbs gradually until mixture holds together
5. Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes
6. Shape into patties
7. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
8. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown
9. Drain on paper towels
