1 packet ranch seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 wooden skewers
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken breasts into evenly sized bite-sized cubes.
2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning.
3. In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add minced garlic and parmesan cheese, mixing until evenly coated.
5. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving slight space between each piece.
6. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
7. Cook skewers for 10–15 minutes on the grill or 18–22 minutes in the oven, turning occasionally.
8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with extra garlic and parmesan.
9. Brush the garlic butter sauce over the cooked skewers and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
10. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier result.
Always use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor and texture.
Do not overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
