Ingredients

2 packages (5.2 oz each) Boursin cheese

4 oz cream cheese softened

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil plus extra for drizzling

2 cloves garlic minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

3 tablespoons olive oil for crostini

1 clove garlic halved

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.

3. Add garlic, black pepper, paprika, and half of the herbs, mixing well.

4. Transfer mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.

5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top if using.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

7. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

8. Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

9. Rub toasted crostini with halved garlic and sprinkle lightly with salt.

10. Remove dip from oven, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with remaining herbs.

11. Serve immediately with crostini.

Notes

Use room temperature cheese for smoother blending and even baking.

Do not overbake to prevent the dip from separating or becoming oily.

For extra flavor, add roasted garlic or a drizzle of honey before serving.
